 It seems like a somewhat mysterious beer poster. It looks like a dog wearing a cap that is designed to look like a buffalo head with horns. I guess the dog's name is Nelson James? There doesn't seem to be any reference to this on the internet. Or on Samuel Adams website.

 Did Samuel Adams have a dog named Nelson James that got trampled by Buffalo?
