tough steak to mush

 Here is the secret to turning tough steak almost into mush without using a crock pot.

 

  1. Take the steak and slice it up against the grain into about 3/16 inch thickness.
  2.  Put it in a bag. Crush pineapple slices into the bag using a lemon squeezer.
  3. Put the crushed pineapple in the bag.
  4. Add enough bottled water to cover the ingredients.
  5.  Seal the bag let it set for an hour.
  6.  Pour the contents into a strainer. Rinse with water.
  7.  Then put the meat and pineapple chunks into the skillet.
  8.  Cook on medium for about 7 minutes. Until about half the juice is boiled away.
  9. Then pour off most of the liquid that's left and take out the pineapple chunks.
  10.  Finish cooking with barbecue sauce or soy sauce or something.
  11. Don't overcook or it dries out.
